At Lahari Silvers, every piece of jewellery is handcrafted with care. We aim to ensure a smooth shopping experience and complete transparency. Please read the policy below before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
- Customised jewellery orders cannot be cancelled at any stage, as they are made on order.
2. Product Characteristics Disclaimer
Our jewellery is handcrafted using semi-precious stones. Minor variations, marks, colour differences, or small irregularities are natural characteristics of hand-made jewellery and do not qualify as defects.
Each piece is unique — no two items are identical.
3. Returns & Damage Reporting
We accept returns only if the product is delivered in a damaged or defective condition.
To report a damaged product:
- · Notify us on the same day of delivery.
- · Provide an unboxing video recorded from start to finish without breaks showing the outer package and inner contents.
- · Without an unboxing video, we reserve the right to decline a damage claim.
4. Return Shipping for Damaged Items
- All items are quality-checked before dispatch.
- If damage is established:
- The customer may ship the item back to us at their own cost, or
- A return pickup can be arranged (pickup charges may apply depending on location)
- The damaged product must reach us within 3 days from the date you report the issue.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, our team will proceed with the resolution.
5. Resolution & Refunds
If the returned item is confirmed as damaged or defective:
Priority order of resolution:
- Replacement of the same product, wherever possible
- If replacement is not possible, store credit of the full invoice amount
- Refunds are processed only when neither replacement nor store credit is possible
Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
6. Refund Exclusions
Refunds / returns are not applicable for:
- Minor imperfections or colour variations arising from handcrafted production
- Damage caused after delivery due to mishandling, wear and tear, moisture, cosmetics, or impact
- Orders without same-day damage reporting
- Orders without a full unboxing video
- Customised jewellery (non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances)
7. Warranty
Handcrafted settings are covered under a 7-day manufacturing defect warranty (stone falling due to manufacturing error, weak prongs, loose lock etc.).
This excludes damage caused by impact, bending, dropping, exposure to chemicals, or improper storage.
